Infumia LTD ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates mobile applications available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Apps.
By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Apps.

Our Apps do NOT collect, store, or transmit personal information unless explicitly stated in the App. By default, we do not:

1.2 Information Accessed Locally (On-Device Only)
Depending on the App's functionality, we may access the following information locally on your device only:
a) Device System Information
- RAM usage and availability
- Storage usage and availability
- CPU usage and performance metrics
- Battery level and charging status
- Network connectivity status
Purpose: System monitoring, optimization, and information display
Storage: All data is processed locally and never leaves your device
b) Installed Applications (If Applicable)
- List of installed apps
- App names and package identifiers
- App storage and memory usage

Note: We only read app information; we cannot access app content or data

- WiFi network name (SSID)

d) Storage Access (If Applicable)
- Cache files and temporary files
- File sizes and types
- Media files (only if app functionality requires it)

Storage: Files are only accessed for app functionality; no data is transmitted
e) Camera and Microphone (If Applicable)
- Camera access for photo/video capture
- Microphone access for audio recording
Purpose: Only if app functionality requires media capture
Storage: Media is stored locally or as directed by user; not transmitted without consent
2. How We Use Information
All information accessed by our Apps is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- App Functionality - Providing core features and services
- System Optimization - Performance enhancement and resource management (if applicable)

This data is never transmitted and can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling.
4. Permissions Explained
Our Apps may request the following Android/iOS permissions (only if required for functionality):

- Usage: Read/write files as required by app functionality
- Data Handling: Files are processed locally; no data is transmitted
4.2 Camera

- Purpose: Online features, updates, or in-app purchases

4.7 Installed Apps (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES - Android)
- Purpose: App management or system optimization
- Usage: Read list of installed apps
- Data Handling: App list is read in real-time; not stored or transmitted
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Payment Processing
If an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by:
- Google Play Billing (Android)
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- RevenueCat (Subscription management)
Data Shared: Only purchase transaction data (handled by payment processors)

Note: We do not have access to your payment information (credit card, billing address, etc.)
5.2 Analytics (Optional)
Some Apps may use analytics services to improve app quality:

Unless explicitly stated in the App, we do not use:

- Unauthorized third-party SDKs
6. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at support@infumia.com, and we will take steps to remove such information.
COPPA Compliance: Apps intended for children comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
7. Data Retention
7.1 Local Data
Since most of our Apps process data locally, there is no data retention on our servers. All data is:

- Or uninstall the App to remove all local data

Note: Disabling permissions may limit app functionality.
