Terms of Service

This Terms of Service governs your use of infumia.com, qr.infumia.com, ikpaneli.com and our mobile apps (Cartoonizer, Vena, Kazanço) provided by Infumia LTD.

1. Services

We provide web development, mobile apps, e-commerce, custom business software, ads & SEO, finance solutions, VDS/VPS, server infrastructure, game servers, AI integration, security systems and computer maintenance.

2. Account & Security

• You are responsible for account security.
• Must be 18+. False information prohibited.

3. Quote-Based Work

Each project has a separate quote and contract. Work not in quote is priced separately. Client-caused delays extend delivery time.

4. Payment

• Deposit, milestones, balance on delivery.
• Bank transfer, credit card (PayTR, İyzico, Stripe), PayPal, Wise, crypto.
• All prices exclude VAT.

5. Intellectual Property

• Code transfers to client after final payment.
• Pre-existing libraries remain ours (licensed, not transferred).
• Mobile apps (Cartoonizer, Vena, Kazanço) and SaaS products (QR Menü, IK Paneli) are our property.

6. Warranty

• 30-day free bug fix after delivery.
• Liability limited to project fee.

7. Mobile Apps

• Cartoonizer: Free. On-device AI. In-app purchase available.
• Vena: Coming soon. On-device processing. Both parties must consent.
• Kazanço: In development. Cheating results in permanent ban.

8. Governing Law

Laws of England and Wales. English courts have jurisdiction.
